How Much Compensation am I entitled to?

In March 2021 a document entitled Judicial Guidelines was issued which sets out the amount of compensation you are entitled to depending on your injury. For example, in relation to a back injury there are categories of minor, moderate and serious injury. The amount of compensation depends on the medical evidence and the length of time that you are suffering from that injury.

We will go through each category with you and explain that if for example you have a back injury you are entitled to damages for that and if you have a psychological injury you are entitled to separate compensation for psychological injuries.
